1. Manufacturer Warranty

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before delivery:
    You may cancel your order at any time before delivery with no additional cost. Simply request the cancellation before the product is shipped.

  • After delivery:
    If you choose to cancel after the order has been delivered, you will be responsible for all shipping and return freight costs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective product:
    If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement, pending evaluation and approval under the warranty policy.

  • Customer purchasing error:
    If a return or exchange is requested due to a customer error at the time of purchase (such as incorrect color, model, size, or quantity), we are unable to accept the return or exchange, as the order is prepared based on the exact specifications selected.

4. Product Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

For items that qualify for return or exchange (e.g., defective products), the product must:

  • Show no signs of installation or use;

  • Include the invoice and any applicable accessories.
