Manufacturer Warranty Policy

Last updated: November 20, 2025

At Direct Pavers, all products we sell are backed by the official manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer provides its own warranty coverage, terms, limitations, and claim process. This policy explains how warranty coverage works and how customers can submit a claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

All pavers, blocks, and related hardscape materials purchased through Direct Pavers are covered exclusively by the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product.

Common coverage may include:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in manufacturing

  • Structural integrity issues

Coverage varies by manufacturer and product line.
Direct Pavers does not provide its own independent warranty.

2. Manufacturers We Work With

Products sold by Direct Pavers may come from the following manufacturers:

  • Tremron

  • Flagstone

  • TriCircle Pavers

  • (and other manufacturers depending on product availability)

For accurate and complete warranty details, customers should refer directly to the manufacturer’s official warranty documentation.

3. What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by weather, flooding, or natural events

  • Damage caused by chemicals, stains, or improper cleaning products

  • Color variation (common in concrete pavers)

  • Efflorescence, a natural mineral deposit visible on pavers

  • Damage from heavy equipment, vehicles, or misuse

  • Issues caused by base preparation or soil conditions

These exclusions are determined by each manufacturer.
